My only criterion to choose is that i want a settled life cannot take risks much . which one is better ??? is it advised to prepare wholeheartedly only one ; cannot i prepare for both simultaneously ???

My suggestion would be.....go for MBA and take up IT (systems) as specialization, so that you can land up into IT sector at middle level management (based on your work exp).....this will serve both the purpose....
