Last time cutoff was 135 for final selection out of 200.....it was also mandatory to get minimum 60% marks in each(objective,subjective and interview) ... analysing last year cutoffs...this time cutoff is expected to be in the same range or bit higher, also interview has been quashed....so final cutoff should be in the range of 115-122. Result will be out in the last week of July or 1st week of Aug.
Now pros and cons of senior assistant....pros: 1. Concor is a navratna psu under railway 2: Decent salary of around 27-28k gross in metro, u can expect a decent hike from next year.. probably will go up to 37-40k gross in metro cities. 3: Good working environment, very friendly behavior from senior staffs and managerial executives. 4: Decent facilities and allowances 5: No work pressure, very good work life balance, those who aspires to crack cgl or state psc or civil service, for them this is most important ....Now Cons: 1.Very disappointing promoting policy, you can get 1st promotion only after 3 years, just a grade higher in non executive post 2. You will be able to reach to manager posts only after 12-15 years..that too in E-1 grade 3. There are more than 6 grades in non executives posts...so hierarchy is worst. 4. Few centres are not having basic amenities at their office ...
