Can someone tell me what will be the inhand salary and other benefits for the post of SA/C&O??

Last time recruitment for the post of SA(CO) was held in 2012, cutoff was...135 out of 200(130 objective, 40 descriptive and 30 interview) for final merit, section wise cutoff was 78(objective), 24(descriptive), and 18(interview) respectively... Note: no negative marking last time. Now for this year recruitment there is negative marking, total of 170, and no interview. Just one written exam and you can get this job, I think that professional knowledge and descriptive will be game changer for final merit as 90 minutes are enough for maths and reasoning. Most of the candidates would be able to do these sections(maths & reasoning) easily. So guys as professional knowledge looks like bit tough, plz do share whatever you find over the Internet and keep sharing recent topics for descriptive. This will help each and everyone out here.
