Your query is a little wierd
Normally, Companies have tie-ups with B-schools for Part-time, Executive & Distance Learning MBA & not Full Time MBA for their employees as they do not want their employees to leave them.
Alternatively, working executives who wish to pursue Full Time MBA, first get admission in any of the top B-Schools & if they wish to come back to the same company after finishing MBA, then they take a sabbatical, which in some cases leads to company even sponsoring that employee for his MBA (i.e. Some or entire portion of B-School fees is paid by the company).
This is what my understanding says.
