Phrasal verb have three categories:
a)Verb + preposition (prepositional phrasal verbs)
b)Verb + particle (particle phrasal verbs)
c)Verb + particle + preposition (particle-prepositional phrasal verbs)

plz help ::
in sentence correction if all four or five sentences seem to logically follow each other, will our selection of incorrect sentence depend on previous sentence as well..
for eg:
Find incorrect sentence :
a)Divya came home late last evening.
b)Vinod wanted to know where she had been.
c)She replied she was attending to a party in club.
d) Soon a brawl ignited among them.

Here option 'd' seems to b correct if we dnt knw it's a conversation of two ppl.
Will i mark it as incorrect?

DOUBT:
"Incorrect: She entered into the room.
Correct: She entered the room."

I have read in TIME material that 'into' is used with verb where motion is involved
like... "ran into the kitchen" and entered also involves motion...
whereas 'in' is used with verb where motion is not involved...
like.... "sat in the kitchen"
and now I am confused...
