There were 3 member in my panel,all three are gents
I was in formals,, black pant & sky shirt with brown leather shoes
I Entered,good morning sir one by one to all threes
middle one : good morning ankit ! have a sit, than hws the day
I: its being fine sir.
Middle one: Tell me something abt urself
I: told,(i m frm ECE engg background), (my father is Chief manager in SBBJ)
Middle, than left than right(one by one all three) : So why u want to be a PO, while u r from Engg Background, Why we will choose you, if we will select you than it may be great loss for Indian Telecom industry, what u can u do for us,even u may be stuck at some points as This is financial deptt & a commerce background candidate can better adjust here.
I: sir today Banking enviournment going to CBS , some programme are required to understand even at some stage implementation in that programme also required time to time, as far as i m frm technical background, there is not much need to work on me to learn them, i may be useful for IT deptt too for coming yrs, I can serve dual purpose for bank, also Management requires work & progress whether a candiadate be frm medical frm engg or other background .
Left one: Ok ankit U said ur father is also a bank employee, than if he will your branch manager at the same branch of yours than it will be easy for you.
I: Sir, first of all as per banks policy no relative can be employ with together, but if it will be than I will be employee of Organisation not of my father, I will do work as sincerely as always I do because my basic nature cannot change (( the right one say thats very good))
Right one: Ok Do you heard abt SWIFT , wht it stands for , also what is difference between RTGS & NEFT
I: SWIFT is used for massage transfer between banks & other finance companies(I did nt knw much abt it that time, so I said a little bit& move on to wht I knw well ), Sir Rtgs is real time growth settlement system , it is used to transfer fund between banks, it is continuous process & fund transfer 1 lakh or above(now it is of 2 lakh), Neft stands for national electronic fund transfer between banks,,it performs in bunches , first data goes from drawee branch to neft branch of same bank than it goes to rbi,rbi transfer it to payees banks neft branch than it verify that all details are correct if yes than it will transfer to payee branchs account.
Right one: No man you are saying wrong, you interchange the meaning of RTGS & NEFT, wht hv u told abt neft is true for rtgs & abt rtgs is true for neft
I: no sir, I knw that wht I said is all correct.
Right One: chlo , koi nhi ,, wht is 3G.
I: Sir, 3G stands for 3rd generation mobile telecommunication service, it is faster than 2G in terms of data transfer as it used Code division multiple access technique.
Right one: Hv you ever heard about optical fibre .
I: optical fibers are future boon in telecommunication, it made of core & cladding , inner area is core,wave transmitted in it & follows the principal of Total internal reflection phenomenon
Left one; ok tell me the Chief minister of Mharastra.
I: sorry sir, just few days back Mr vilasrao deshmukh replaced & I heard the name but just forgot.
Left one: What is NANO
I: sir nano belongs to nano technology, it has 10-9 cm particles, it is very fast & small in size, it . Suddenly moderator stopped me,,are yar I m asking about TATA NANO, recently wht happened in it relation
I: sry Sir, well Recently its plant being transferred from Bengal to Gujrat.
(But middle one caught me)
Middle: Tell us the right place from & where to it got transferred
I : it transferred from singur to Some place in gujrat ,I do nt remember
Middle: Ok name the currency of England
I : sir it is Euro
Two of them said with together: Wrong, it is not euro, till now you wrongly answered each & every question, r u well prepared or not?
I: with extra confidence 😉 , No Sir, as England is European country & recently Europe decided to fixed its currency as Euro to all of its countries so , England currency is Euro.
Two of them said NO & third one said are kah rha hai to man lo,,, & start talking with each other,,,,
Middle one: Ok What is the interest rate of Saving a/c , IF you have being allotted target to increase business in some backword area of your posting.
I: intt rate of Saving a/c is 4%, I will make strategy with my other teammates , & we will Organise Camp for new customers to make them aware abt the products & encouraging existed customers who while in banking hours.
Middle one: if you will be place at chattisgarh than will you join the service
I: Sir, I am ready to serve any ware in india & abroad too.

IT was 20 min long interview , when I come out & check my watch, also I checked my ans of currency of England,,& I found I was Wrong,,it was sterling Pond .Bt i got through somehow
