As the title says, are there companies out there which might give graduates who have 2-3 years of experience a shot at front office/client facing jobs? I know even some of the best MBA colleges which are still placing students at McKC or similar captive KPO units of a consulting firm or a bank.
So if the top consulting firms or banks are out of reach, is it possible to work in a mid-tier consulting, marketing or financial firm? I'm fine with a research/analyst type role.
Also please mention any companies you know which hire graduates for a FO role?
