hi friends..help me solve this question..
In a right angled triangle ABC, AB=10 root 3 cm and BC=20cm ,angle A=90. An equilateral triangle ABD is constructed with base AB and with vertex D at a maximum possible distance from C. Find length of CD.
a)10 root 7 b)10 root 11 c)10 root 12 d)10 root 14.
Pls provide solution.
Thanks in advance.
@cbiofficer

sorry some mistake... i have re-posted the question
@sandy73 said: @sscjindabad In such case ratio of times should be 1:1. Correct me if am wrong.
bhai sandy same tym mein ist travelled 110 km n the second one 90 km which clearly proves that the ratio of their speeds is 11:9 just reverse to get the time ratio...but again ur ryt how cud it be as tym taken is the same..Let someone more enlightened come up with an answer....

Fun :

.Anna, the older twin, was born three hours before her younger sister Lana. On Lana's 21st birthday, they both went out to a club with some friends. The bouncer was checking ID's and let Lana go in. But when the older Anna tried to follow her in, the bouncer said, "I'm sorry, your 21st birthday isn't for another two days." How is this possible?

water flows in a tank 150m*100m at the base through a pipe whose cross section is 2 dm y 1.5 dm, at the speed of 15 km per hr..In wht time wil the water be 3 meters deep...?

opt 100hr/120/140/150

i think 9:11
let x be the time when they meet
for A .. 110 distance covered in x hrs.. hence 200 will be covered in 200x/110 hrs
for B : 90 km in x hrs ..hence 200 in 200x/90 hrs
take ratios

bhai dear all need to go for sleep... good night all... also will advise all to have timely sleep for at least these days till t2...
