first open the image in Windows office picture manager then click the option Edit pictures on the tool bar now if u are already having ur image in passport size then click the option resize otherwise select crop When resizing select and custom width * custom height and enter random values less than 100 there. Save the image after modifications. If u are still not happy with size of the image again repeat the same procedure using lesser values in the resizing part

Thanks bhai log... 007pagal ke process se kuchh to improvement hai... i have made it 21.7 kb... m trying .... was in fact Qn papers links... for the fellow puy...

aree yr........... after reducing the image..........in paint, save it as different file name, don't overwrite it ...................50% size reducing se maine abhi 43 kb ki file to 7 kb me bana daal............
tumhara abhi .3 kb hi kam hua hai.....
