the prospects fr manipal is gud fr psb's direct asst manager but then opt fr it if u WANT to be a banker.. if u r gnna hop around a bit to settle into job f ur choice then its not ideal .. bank waalon ne bhi to ye procedure rakha hi isliy hai k jo sahi mein aake rukna hi chaahte hain wahi join karein .. sath mein diploma bhi kra dete hain apne emplooyees ko shuru mein hi..
