I think we should keep mixed topics rather than 1 topic per day. Means anyone can post question from any section every day.
Wat say?

With my previous post came a question to my mind.

Is there any difference between everyday & Every Day?? If yes, what's the difference? 😃 ;)

Every Day main D caps hota h kya...galath h shayad....but not sure

“Everyday” (one word) is an adjective to describe the average, mundane, quotidian, run-of-the-mill, and so on.

Example: I wear my everyday shoes to work.

“Every day” (two words) is an expression that means each day and should be used for everything other than the quotidian.

Example: I wear shoes to work every day.

You could use both versions in one sentence — “I wear my everyday shoes to work every day” — but that would be downright nutty.

An easy rule of thumb: if you can substitute “each day” and your sentence still makes sense, use two words.

It's not every day I can offer such an everyday rule.

I can explain u in Hindi if u don mind.....

EVERYDAY - something which is common and ordinary for all the days!!
Eg: Everyday sun rises from the east...

EVERY DAY - something happening each day!!
Eg: I play basketball every day.

Find the selling price of goods if two salesman claim to make 25% profit each, one calculating it on cost price while another on sellign price , the diference in the profits earned being Rs. 100 and sellign price being the same in both cases?

@BrooklynYou have started this thread just in time. i was thinking of starting the thread. Ok my suggestion is to not look for answers but for explanation for different types of ques.
A sincere request is to discuss any ques n no of times if possible bcoz once u get the jist of the quest it'll be easier to solve.
A proper approach should be post the quest then mull over it

My take (Not OAs will post OA later)
1.(3) BAAAB
2.(2) BBAAA
Thought Process:
1.broach is similar to accost so it cant be the correct option
councillor is clear for 2nd blank
advice (clear)
Now check from the option 3rd seems correct.
2.1st blank it seems currants wd fit
agn not clear but it looks exceptionable
3rd blank must be consent
4th is agn obliged (since its minister's obligation)
5th wd be sanguine which it think means related to optimistic

@deedeedudu

SET 1

Q1....option 3

Q2...option 2

Reason for answers:

1) pata tha ki advice hoga(noun form) aur malum tha ki climactic hoga(from climax) not climatic (from climate). Didn't know other meanings...but by chance only options with these two :)

2)Knew the words so no logic...simple vocab use

@deedeedudu 5,3
