I am working in an MNC as a software engineer from past 3 years 9 months. I am planning to pursue my MBA but not sure which exam to opt for CAT or MBA. I was told to prefer GMAT and go for 1 year executive MBA rather than 2 year normal course. However, I doesn't have any management experience (I am a technical guy) so I am not sure if my work experience really count for a executive MBA. Any thoughts?
