Hi in CAP form : 1. What should be the to date of my current job if I am still working? (As mentioned in CAT application or is it deadline of the CAP form)? 2. For National, State, district etc cocurricular and extra curricular achievements is just ticking the option enough? It is vague actually. In the instructions, it was mentioned to describe the achievement but we need to just tick the option by our judgement ?
