Converted great lakes Chennai pgpm, is it advisable to join for a guy from non IT background since most of the recruiters are from IT, please give honest opinions, need to arrange huge amount of money in a very short time.
My other options are bim trichy, liba, Nirma.

Now, My Manager has offered me Onsite deputation which is for minimum of 6 months, Depending on my work, it can extend to 2+ Years.
Location : Netherlands
What Should i do now? Take up Onsite and give GMAT next year or Go for those b schools if i convert any?
I believe Onsite would add to my CV and would give me some extra points if i apply for Ex MBA, Am I correct?
I know all my calls were average. So if i sit for next year and score around 99.5+, will I able to secure calls from BLACKI?

I have scored 83.59 in cat this year, with a drop, should i wait for one more year, work and give cat again? Or should join lbsim once i convert it?
Met some people in the FMS interview and got told that in IIM Kozhikode, high percentilers are deliberately waitlisted because of the perception that they will not join anyway. Is this true or is it just a rumour
