Can anyone please rank these IIMs either in clusters or normally? This is just to have an indication. (Mentioned all except ABCKLIS). Amritsar, Bodhgaya, Jammu, Kashipur, Nagpur, Raipur, Ranchi, Rohtak, Sambalpur, Sirmaur, Trichy, Udaipur, Visakhapatnam.
Is'nt it stupid for IIM's to consider grad marks for shortlisting. Govt. Colleges specially good ones don't give away high gpa's ..wheras at private one's like amity‚ sharda‚ VIT ‚ manipal‚ srm blablabla everyone is an 8 pointer ..don't iim guys know this ?

SP IM or XL HR?
PS: I am from Consulting background with 3 years of work ex. So IM would be in my domain but XL HR is the best in the country for HR. So giving HR a thought as well. And the XL campus>> SP campus.
So what should I do??
