Had my CAP round interview today.. There were 3 interviewers in my Panel.. Only two questioned me the third one just kept analyzing the discussion.. One of the panel member was a lady and was quite polite and pretended to understand and get my point every time I answered and looked almost satisfied with me answers.. But the third panelist grilled me and did not looked convinced about my explanation for scoring bad in graduation.. He also questioned my answers.. Wouldn't call it a stress interview but he kept on asking the same question looking unconvinced.. The interview lasted around 15 mins with all the panelist having no questions for me.. What are my chances and when can the result be expected?
With 99.53 percentile (168.30 score) and mediocre interview in IIM indore (GEM Fresher),which new IIMs can I expect to get admission in?(Xth-95%, 12th-89.4%, btech-68%).I mean,can i expect to get admission in rohtak/ranchi/trichy/udaipur?
Iim indore or mu sigma? (If a guy has good acads?)

Ans :- dont know but told something,, rejected my answer.

Me:- told ,but interviewer doesn't look convinced

Me:- never heard of it.
Q. Demonetisation pass or fail?
Ans- told about its pros..opposed my opinion and grilled me on this

Me :- told.

Me - told
Thats it. It was mediocre interview,,they doesn't looked convinced throughout the interview.
In my WAT i think i exceeded the word limit to about 450. Will that affect negatively? What are my chances.?? CAT - 96.7,,10/12/GRAD - 89/89/69

P- you can't make people happy without lying to them

P- why not keep working for the ngo and why waste your money and time here?
Told them(still not convinced -_-)
P- why do you want to come here? It is a cut throat environment?
Me- Sur i think i lack that cut throat attitute that you are talking about :|
P- So you want to be shrewd?
Me- not completely. But it wouldn't hurt to get few qualities:| ( They start laughing, i give a sheepish grin)
P- do you read the newspaper? Which paper?
Me- Sir TIO. Didn't want to say ET as it could have invited unnecessary questions :|
P- You are the first candidate to say TOI. Every one before you said that they read HIndu. Why so you think the sudden rise of hindu readers in mba aspirants.

P- when will it be implemented?
This is where the major screw up occurred
Me- sir 1st april ( i knew that it had been postponed to 1st June but it didn't click then)
P- are you sure?
Me- i think so sir
P- i think you are wrong. The panelist have a hearty laugh saying that, you cant blame him. He reads TOI. maybe they didn't print this.
Me- (Trying to save the situation) Sir i think they must have printed it but i might have missed it.
P- okay we are done.
Guys if you could throw some light on the interview. I seriously don't know what to make of it. No acads. Purely based on hr and some current affairs. TIA.

Is it just me or everyone here on pagalguy is way above avergae, cuz the people I meet during the interviews have very decent but normal profiles, they are really good guys with normal Cat scores like in range of 90-98%ile and they still hope that they can make it unlike many 99.5%ilers with stellar profiles who are asking whether they will be selected for IMT gaziabad or not?
can india move towards a cashless economy?The people having such a WAT topic are very lucky. I am now quite confident that luck plays a major part IN GDPI.
There was plenty of things to write on it and It is covered in every GDPI Class I suppose.
