With vaccination being open for all above 18 from 1st may is there any possibility that colleges may ask students to get vaccinated and start with offline classes?

Should I prepare for CAT 2021,Do I have a realistic chance of converting BLACKI,FMS,MDI,XL next year .If yes,how much do I need to score next year in CAT.
