In 4 different colleges, I got called at Last...

How are top Indian bschools when compared to top(not very top) international bschools like USC Marshall, Duke, Michigan Ross etc? I heard that Indian companies usually don't give a shit about international degrees and they usually don't prefer hiring these international grads, how true is this?
