Hello guys , CAT OVERALL PERCENTILE - 75,

10th- 80, 12th - 80, grad - 65% , work ex - 20 months(still working), category - ST .

I have cap calls, targeting IIM TRICHY, IIM RAIPUR , IIM UDAIPUR, IIM RANCHI.

Any chances of conversion ??? If yes Please suggest

how good my chances are.

GEM Fresher

Not eligible for CAP since botched up badly in VARC.

Did not fill any others like MDI, FMS etc

No special choice of specialisation, a bit tendency towards Marketing.

Best option out of these (consider ROI, relevance, brand value etc) -

SAP IIMs (IIM BG or J)
IMT Ghaziabad
IIT Kanpur
IIT Roorkee

Considering that IIM calcutta calls 1200 students a year and selects around 400 of them, the ratio of selection being 1:3, can we assume that they hardly reject candidates? Out of the 1200 or so candidates they call for interviews every year, 400 may take admission at IIM A, 400 at IIM B leaving the 400 remaining students for IIM C. Following this reasoning, can we say that IIM C hardly rejects candidates?
