Slot3 VARC Odd sentence answer key?
Since the release of CAT answer key is delayed, would you guys like to discuss the VARC slot 2 answers? Let's start with some of the answers we remember.
Just Venting Out
So, this was my very first attempt and I'm pretty certain it won't be my last ( Alas! ). I wanted to just vent out and gather some different perspectives as well.
So the day I looked at PagalGuy and so the "pagal" scores, I was pretty demotivated as well as motivated to strive for something more. I started focusing really hard and gave mocks in the day, would watch a movie or series, depending on the mock( too bad-> series), and would analyze by night. I did see a improvement. I went from 88 to averaging around 93-94%. I felt good and that's when things went sideways. I don't know whether I got cocky or what, but my scores started to drop. But here's the catch, I started performing phenomenally in sectionals, in some I had VA as 99+, in some QA as 99+.
And then obviously came the D-Day. Slot 2.
Needless to say, I fared well in VA, had a little heart-attack in LRDI and under-performed in QA. When the exam ended, my Dad asked how was it and I could only reply terrible.
Now you see, the problem isn't that the paper went terrible, I went into this state that it was terrible only for me and I was too stupid for having such an ambitious goal of getting into A/B/C. I felt really bad that day cause of this, which ended in me having a headache which only subsided after taking 2 doses of paracetamol. I didn't even have the guts to open this website for 2 days straight, thinking that all these Gods here would be bragging about how they missed that one 4 question set and will have to settle for only 4 out of the 5 sets.
But when I opened this website, only then did I realise that it wasn't horrible only for me. I actually felt a bit happy realising that everyone's sort of in the same boat. Don't get me wrong, I only wish success for everyone, but the fact that paper was a shit-show for all, is a tiny bit uplifting.
I just wanted to share this here, maybe there are a few people who are experiencing the same. Since this is my first attempt, the way I'm looking at it is - the only way is up.
Anyone else feeling emotional attached to this exam? This was my first attempt, did fairly well, but as the exam was over, the next day I felt as if I am missing something, you know the kind of feeling we use to get after annual day gets over in school and next day you are sitting in class everthing back to normal, the feeling when you binge watch a series and when it gets over you feel the purpose of your life is lost. Yes, this exam gave me the same feeling. I am already looking to appear for it next year and every year irrespective of the results/college I join. Anyone else in the same boat?

Anyone interested in buying Non-CAT mocks of IMS, I haven't used a single one of it. Also, one can use the remaining CAT mocks if they wish to.
There were people who aspired to hit the top, There were people who just tried their luck, And there were people who wasted a year for the D-Day. Some might have done well and some might have failed. But to confirm it and move on, to go ahead and focus on the next hurdle, something was required. It was the response sheet. It could've given a kick in the a** Or a confidence Boost. And it ain't coming any time soon I hear. Great🙂
