I tend to solve 6-7 sets without looking at the solution post mock but during mock I can't solve, what can be the possible solution to the problem. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My acads are 7.2/79/62 (X/XII/Grad) grad from commerce (b.com) in 2019 woth no work ex. Last year could only manage to score 92.04 in cat and 96.07 in xat, and could only convert IMT ghaz(mark) and waitlisted for IMI pgdm. So what do you guys think I should do? Should I accept one of these colleges and settle for them or should I give CAT another try as this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, but keeping in mind my below avg profile as well. Help me out pls I'm very confused.

Can someone please suggest any good non-fictional book. A book like not too tough to understand and not to easy and at the same time kind of inviting the reader to read more and more....more involving one.
The thing is that I haven't read anything else in my life so far apart from text books and engineering books, so have to inculcate this habit, already having a difficult time in VARC :/ Once I can find myself sitting for bit long reads, then will switch to tougher articles and all later.

Question for people currently pursuing MBA / Already completed
Guys I got laid off today because of COVID 19. My last working day is september 30th as per firm policy, and I will have 26 months of workex by that day.
I am curious if I do not take up a job in October and write CAT/XAT/IIFT/NMAT/SNAP, and straight away join an MBA college in July next year, will the gap of close to 9 months from October to June impact my placement negatively? I do already have a high amount of workex but is the gap a major issue in placements? I absolutely have to do an MBA this year due to personal issues.
Requesting honest and genuine answers as my life literally depends on it.

Got TIME AIMCAT series (Enhanced) yesterday with discount. According to this I have missed a mock but won't be be able to give these papers at a later date? Or should I give them within that stipulated time. Or will they activate these links after validating docs?
I am a Bsc Comp science fresher (2019 passout) Profile 87/56/73 Took CAT 2019 without any motive (2-3 mocks) as I was mentally exhausted by all the chaotic situations my family went through the entire year.(70%ile) Took CET 2020 in the same scenario and scored only 96.1%ile. Prepared for the GDPI processes of PGDM colleges, everything went well but guess what... wasn't shortlisted in any of the colleges. As the situation is more relaxed now and considering the fact that there won't be any hindrances for my CAT prep this year, what should be a safe percentile I should target for getting calls from NEW IIMS?
So I was considering buying a third mock series to help me with the prep. The 2 contendors are CrackU and CL. Which one should I get? Please recommend
