Two qualities of @Arsene96 which is rare in humans:
1. Perseverence. His CAT scores increased over the years. And he claims that he worked hard for CAT 2017, but not very hard for 2018 and 2019. Improving consistently without giving up speaks of his self confidence.
2. Kabhi Ghamand Nahi Kiya. He is predictably humble. Although he likes to disagree, while arguing he sticks to logic and never tries to take leverage of his popularity.

The beautiful thing about the convert of @Arsene96 is that it gives a hope to the whole "GEM with average acads" community to dream and work hard. Congrats those who converted to IIms , here I am new in this group and wanna prepare for cat 2020 but the problem is I have work ex of 5 years and also done pgdm in rural management 2 years after my grads .so will it be the problem for good b schools.
Some things are grander than life itself! One of them being the people you meet during the journey. Congratulations to everyone who converted and those who didn't don't lose hope. This is not the end it is the beginning of a new story with fresh chapters joined together with the adhesive of hope.
