Have seen some post related to DREAM TEAM on Pg platform. Can any one tell in brief what it is and how it helps for an cat aspirant who is naive and not have achieved much and how he can join DT . Seems short of cult as it's members down the line converted there dream college.

Most idiotic(apart from diversity marks) thing I have seen in IIM selection criteria is considering workex upto july. No acknowledgement for those who managed those crucial CAT prep months at all. -_-
