The contents of balance sheet and profit and loss statement can be same or there is no overlap between the 2?
For example if one parameter is present on P and L then can it be also present in balance sheet? and vice versa

🤔🤨How do people (especially GEMs) with average acads and no extracurriculars fare in the placements at top colleges? (if they somehow manage to get in after scoring a very high percentile in CAT and clearing the whole GD-PI process)
Like..I'm thinking that...what if you make it to a top college somehow.... And during placements...your CV doesn't have that many points or so called "spikes" in different areas so far(like sports, olympiads, research or positions of responsibilities for events/clubs/committees in undergrad and you are neither from IIT/NIT/top local institute)....
Will they think (looking at your average acads) that you got in just because of reservation (eventhough you didn't) and not select you? (You cannot disclose your CAT Percentile is what I've heard/read)
I'm wondering because afaik MBA me summers aur placements me pura CV pe game chalta hai aur bass ye CV points/spikes dekhte hai shortlists ke liye...
