I just wanted to share a thought. In the US Navy, a captain of the ship is responsible for anything and everything. Does not matter if it's fault or not, no excuses are allowed. So for example, if the captain is out somewhere while the ship is docked at a port, and suppose some junior person runs the ship aground (running it over shallow waters and getting stuck), the captain will be called and the ONLY response that is accepted is "No excuses sir." A salute. And a resignation. I am a GEM candidate. Life is hard for me too. But I make it a point to always say - "No excuses sir." I think you should too. Complaining about anything won't get you anywhere. Also a lot of people get butthurt by my posts and don't like me. I apologize in advance. It's not possible to please everyone on the internet.
