While we are all awaiting the XAT 2020 results from XLRI, let me share with you my experiencee with the people in the DT. What is the DT? I did not know myself till I was added to it some time in August. It stands, rather childishly for Dream Team. PagalGuy Dream Team, 2019. "You're a DT boi now, there is no question you will!", I was told on questioning, at one point, my capability to do well in the CAT. I am aware now that it is a group of crazy, passionate and ambitious people who got together with the sole intention of cracking the CAT. No I mean really, crack it. To almost shake up the framework of the test itself with their frightening abilities. There are people here who rode roughshod over mocks of seasons past and present and then did the same over the final test as well. I thought I had been added to just about any random group for CAT prep, many of which exist every season and most of which are completely useless or are run by coaching centres for promotional use.
"Don't add me in there if it is a load of nonsense and no seriousness". I remember telling @ashwinhari the day before I got added on. He told me it was a load of nonsense and a load of seriousness. I discovered the nonsense very early. Memes flyinga around, everybody fancied themselves with jokes and the CAT almost did not figure in any discussion directly for the first few hours I was in there. I muted it and went on to my weekend of mocks. When the IMS Top 10 list came out and I saw 4 people of the top 10 hanging around in that group, I realised this was something else. 1 of those people was one of the regulars on there and I later found out he was not even giving CAT 2019 competitively. Then stories started coming out about DT 18 and their exploits (4 100%ilers. four. FOUR.). 100%ile in QA. 100%ile in LRDI. 99.95 in VA. IIM A, B , C, XL, FMS, L. The DT diaspora was everywhere and it had done EVERYTHING. I started feeling a little overwhelmed by the people there. They used to hit mocks for a six almost every time without fail while I was swinging wildly between great and mediocre.
I reached out to the 100%iler in LRDI, because I was inconsistent there, although not weak. Turns out, @SmileyKRK is a chess wiz and a faculty for LRDI. He gave me some suggestions to work on. I took them lightly. I thought I knew better about myself. The months went on and his advice became more and more prudent. It was end October when I started really taking his advice of past year mocks and analysis of mocks properly for LRDI. In the interval, I had found out that this guy was the source of half the hard, factual data about MBA admissions floating around on the internet! NO, literally! He's filed what sounds to me like a 100 RTI's (It should hit that number by the end of this season). He has the most insane analysis at his fingertips. The first time I asked him about my chances at ABC and he blankly told me C was the only real chance and 99.92+ was needed. At the time it seemed impossible and I moved it out of my mind. Now I see he was right and probably saved me some heartbreak.
Safe to say I am not speaking here of many other people but giving only anecdotal evidence of the stature of these people who I was proud to call my peers and competitors. Without further ado, let me give to you the OG PG DT 19 gang:

What should we fill as marks obtained for 10th class as i have cgpa. I'm not sure about the exact procedure for conversion to percentage. I am from Andhra pradesh board. Someone please help.

I have a job experience of 21 days till july 31 2019. While filling the CAT form we couldn't fill the experience less than a month. Now while filling IIM Lucknow form it is accepting the 21 days experience as 1 month. So what should i do fill the experience or not?
