In slot 1, does anyone think there's ambiguity in the options in below question: Based on the passage, all of the following can be inferred about consumer behaviour EXCEPT that:
1. too many options have made it difficult for consumers to trust products.
2. consumers tend to prefer products by start-ups over those by established companies.
3. consumers are susceptible to marketing images that they see on social media.
4. having too many product options can be overwhelming for consumers.
Both options 1 & 2 can not be inferred from the passage IMO. Anyone who thinks 1 can also be correct answer ? (Answer given is option 2)
