@sriraman89 I took the CAT on 2nd Nov morning session...Got screwed up with 16 and 21 attmpts respectvely...heard 2nd Nov was the tougest day after 31st...15 correct in QA will fetch 90 percntil in my opinion...in SEC-2 everyone are attmptng 20+....so cutoffs will b high..chill dude i hope normalizatn will come to our rescue..
@thomaschandy ..i was on nov 2nd afternoon slot...i dnt think the quat was so tough...most of them attempted nearly 19-21 atleast here in banglore.....and the second section too had the similar scenario with 22-24 attempts min...so i'm afraid i'll not make it thru...

@Kevin88 dude people like u must not attempt GMAT....u belong to the IIM...anyways i'l be giving my gmat on nov 30th...for mortals like me its the only way out.
3) Test experience? Prometric did a very nice job with the settings...
4) Surprise element (if there was any)? None...
5) Tips on better handling of the exam? -NA Keep your mind calm..talk to you friends or parents the day before about anything but CAT...listen to your favorite tracks..
6) Overall analysis? Incl. Toughness, new topics, sections etc. Toughness : Moderate...
QA-DI : Toughness was comparable to those in AIMCATS 1307 or 1306 or Proc Mock 5...around 4-5 sitters though if a question is a sitter or not is highly subjective...surprisingly DI was the hard nut for me...had to make 3 calculated guesses in them...so percentile may go down because of the same...also there are chances of going wrong in questions with close options....
VA-LR : LR..easy...nothing special about them...english...RCs deserve a special mention as usual..and since I am not great shakes at VA i cant really give an authentic comment ...leaving everything to GOD now...
7) Any other query or something you would like to share- Be calm..and never get stuck in a question... this time I felt CAT is more like a battle between us and our egos...I may not have given a 99+ performance but m happy with what i could do... :)
@pugna thakarthu 😃 4get about CAT for the next 7-8 weeks or so and hope that normalisation wont play spoilsport for all those who are expecting good percentiles ... I guess with Pugna's test over , our group is done with CAT...
@dead_alive i guess no 😞 unless u are inside the TOP 18ranks in CMAT , they have a reservation for maharashtrians .. Only 18 seats are open to other state students as far as i know
