@[149515:dead_alive] just keep practising bro.it will help.but one thing u must remember is that,it is not the number of questions that u attempt that is going to make a difference, but the effort u put in analysing them.Try working out about 10 questions a day from the PREP thread.Rakesh and I do this regularly and help each other out in case one of us is unable to answer that question.Just try it.U'll definitely find a change

Umer, I dont think you have to beat yourself down, scoring 97 aint easy even if it was only once. 
You definetly have the potential, the prep period is more abt maintaining self belief & pushing through those hard times..
Me myself writing it for the third time,
but in hindsight have never been more motivated & determined as this yr.
Ultimately its only your performance on D-day that counts.. nothing more, nothing less..
Regarding QA : Lets face the facts, unless one is a QA/VA/LR/DI God or be it any stalwart who literally can bazooka the shit out of the CAT in their sleep,
mortals like us aint gonna crack the CAT without prep
Just remember : "Hard Work wont go unrewarded forever "

@[149515:dead_alive] we seem to be more or less in the same range , only time i crossed 90 percentile was for a mock in testfunda.
Other than that , its 60-80 , I face 2 major problems :
1. My accuracy is sec1 seems to be okay , but i am slow, i end up attempting only 10-15
2. Here , my accuracy always lets me down. I get around 8-10 wrong consistently. I go for higher attempts here. Psychologically , to make up for the lesser attempts in sec1 😁 . Slowly slowly i m trying to reduce the guesswork in s2. Hoping to enforce it strictly from now on.

MY PERSONAL SUGGESTION TO ALL PUYS ON THIS THREAD : As you guys are all aware, we do not have a dream team for kerala here at pagalguy.So we must utilize this thread in the best manner so as to ensure ourselves a seat at IIM in the upcoming year.So i would suggest that all of the group members work out questions on the PREP thread and post ur queries on this thread.As u can see most of the questions there provide only the right answer but not the solution.This way, we can get our doubts cleared and at the same time boost the confidence of our friends who are giving CAT this year.I am just mentioning the names of some of our active members so that they get the message.Hope that we can form a dream team of our own

no, no..i'm not being modest..trust me,i'm NOT modest 😛 😁 my QA is terrible.. my sec 2 is very good,and i don't deny it..i seldom get below 98-99%ile in sec2..but sec1 is different kettle of fish altogether..(to emphasize my point,in the last aimcat,my sec 2 rank was 4,and sec 1 rank was 1500 or something :D)in fact,if DI wasn't part of sec1, i'm pretty sure i wouldn't cross the cut-offs,EVER..i'm not bad at math,but i'm just too lazy to study 😁

@[149515:dead_alive] one simple way to improve scores is to make sure that you are attempting the right questions..do not get stuck on a question,bookmark and move on..
i skim through all the questions and bookmark the ones that i intend to attempt..i make sure that i see all the questions,so that i don't miss out on any easy questions.. DI is where you can score a lot without knowing any formulae or methods or anything,so i try to attempt all the DI qns
