PI Questions:
How did you prepare ? You aren't supposed to tell me that you attended TIME mock interviews. You are supposed to say you did everything yourself. Why are you so honest ? You studied at Adi Shankara Inst. Who is adi shankara ? Tell us his philosophy. Is it easy to embrace ? Tell us your prepared answers for why MBA and why HR ? Any experience in HR field ? Tell us about the books you read. Philosophy of fountainhead. Who can you relate to more ? Howard Roark or Peter Keating ? Verdict: Totally relaxed and fun interview. They were laughing at my honesty at certain answers (but also told me that an HR manager shouldn't be so honest ). Much better than BM interview. Could have done better.
In my gd in xlri hrm, der was a case study n we had to come up with the correct solutions to be followed in priority wise order..
n since we cud not reach a consensus where ppl were chipping in with their opinions n it differed a lot, i suggested we vote by showing our hands... everyone opposed this idea all of a sudden n i said ok ok... :D
will this get me negative points??? ๐ ๐ not that i have hope since interview was mediocre but still...

usually physical voting is not preferred ( and never recommended).. but it wont matter if ur overall performance is good.. :)
Seetha, don't let anything perturb you for today... Today, is only reserved to give your very best for 'A'..

My panel was Prof D.Israel, Prof Rajeev Sharma & Prof M G Jomon.
Regarding GD/Group Exercise GD/GE Topic: ์ฐฝโฌลInclusive Growth is more on paper than a reality์ฐฝโฌ? Number of participants: 13 Duration: 25 min (2 min to think, 15 min of discussion & a 30 second summary from all) Brief snapshot of discussion: A good discussion.Very competitive group --> won't call it a fish market but there were a lot of overlaps !! @seetharam7Bro, What happened ? It could be relative Was it a stress Interview or something ?
It wasn't a stress interview. Just tough/weird questions. Just like L, they were totally disinterested and looked as if I wasn't even worth their time.
Just checked IIT B's criteria. Again gender diversity. I feel like taking something big and throwing it at their faces.
@seetharam7Bro, how was it for the others in your group ? Could be a bit subjective !! You never know until the results are announced...Keep the faith !!Which all interviews left ?
Don't know about the others. What's left is IIT B, new IIMs, XIMB, IMI. Will mostly get NITIE and IIT D also.
All the best buddy!! Mine's already done..Was the last to get interviewed in my panel.. at around 5:30PM. After close to 2.5 hrs waiting, lasted less than 10 min I guess ..
