IIM Ranchi have introduced the PGDM-HR program, which they claim is the one and only specialised HR program among all IIMs...yes you would have to pay extra money for that...I believe the last date is 4th Feb...but better late than never I guess 😃

@farziPandit ur acads are pretty good... heard both CL and TIME are good in trivandrum (i was in time trivandrum) so u can go for either depending on location and batch timings and all... but do enrol for the aimcats no matter what... 😃

I'll be working at TCS, Technopark.Peepul Park, I have no clue about TVM or Kerala.
Please guide.. Which one would be good in terms of faculty and all for VA.
If possible kindly tell me the pros and cons for both....

@farziPandit I studied in CET n joined for classroom training in TIME right in front of our college... but rest assured I attended only 2 sessions 😁 (it was at 6am dude!!!how am i supposed to wake up? 😁 ) n i dont know much abt CL in trivandrum da.. ask someone else who does.. all I can say is Time trivandrum is pretty good...

A long post after a while !!

At first, I have to Thank all the wonderful, inspirational, motivating quotes, messages & oneliners all you guys at PG have sent across !!

Hearty Congrats to all you guys who have received calls from the tops col's. Your perseverance & effort have borne fruit, you have the calls --> now it is your responsibility to convert everything... i mean everything, for yourselves & for the team !!

Don't skip the new IIM's, NMIMS, IRMA etc until & unless the interviews clash with the top IIM's.
Last year, many of my friends with BLACKI calls skipped them & unfortunately things didn't turn out to be as rosy as they believed !!

Honestly, after seeing my results, I was like

It might be due to the 1.5 hrs I had to keep clicking the refresh button in the wee hrs of morning & my fingers going numb !! Plus, the innumerable phone calls from my 'aunties next door' enquiring whether I had 'atleast made it to an I-I-eum' this year' !!

What worked for me ...

One discography of LifeHouse (5 Albums), 13 Hr LOTR Movie marathon with frens (You guys gotta see ' The Hobbit' - It's Amazing !! ... No wonder my frens call me a ***** NERD ).. you either accept the system or in my case start finding everything in 'Life is Beautiful !!'... I will attribute that particular insight to my insomnia !!

The last time I did this kinda of shit was a few years bck in col--- This shud definetely prove me wrong for an MBA !!

To sum up, for all my teammates who couldn't make it this year...
(Something my Boss said to me (God Bless his fortuitous soul) the other day !!
I have polished it up & converted it from Malayalam to English for PG users !!
