I have completed my Degree(bca) from india, but i have one back log in my final semister. I am allowed to apper for the exam, in which i have failed, in november and i can get my results by january. I wish to study Ms in USA so I have given my Toefl and Gre and my score in Toefl is 89 and in Gre is 1020, I had applied for 3 universities in us for bridge program for fall 2010. I have recently recieved an I20 from one of them.
Sir, I want to know if I can apply for F1 visa before writting my backlog paper and geting my final transcripts in hand?
If I can apply I want to know if there are any chances of rejection because of not having my final sem marks card with me.
