I request whether as a Chartered Accountant, process migration can be considered as a good career option ? The work offered will be from the KPO units. Reports show India as a leader in KPO set up. Is it true ? are they really lucrative ?

Many Big MNC Banks have set-up der KPO units in Mumbai/Pune and Delhi. Is it worth shifting from core banking and taking up job options over there ?
