See on second anexure with merit list .it is written that this list is provisional.and before starting process with this list circle must insure that the selections must not exceeds the vaccancy limit.what does it means.selection jinka hua hai kya aabhi sure nahi hai?

BSNL corporate office is saying that there will be no further list for JTO. What's going on guys ,from last 3 months bsnl was saying that there will be a 4th list for JTO.
Dear friends , those of you who still are in hope that there will be 4th merit list and you will be selected , there is a bad news , the same bsnl carporate who were saying till day before yeasterday that 4th merit list for JTO will be released . Today they said there will be no 4th merit list( https://twitter.com/BSNLCorporate/status/1006497236828737536 ) . Friends i can say with utmost confidence that more than 500 hundread seat are still vacant in all circle , only in GUJARAT CIRCLE 103 seat are still vacant link https://twitter.com/BSNL_GJ/status/1003513374540468225 . I have applied in maha circle ther is more than 200 seat are still vacant . So friend my humble request to all who are waiting for 4th list ,to tweet to release next merit list and also write prime minister office regarding this ie on grievance redressal . And those who are not waiting 4th list , and if any how reading this post . Please at least tweet one tweet in solidarity with all who are waiting . Please friends . dont disappoints .please please
in declaration Annexure-iv it is written that appointment is temporary and bsnl has right to terminat the service,wat it mean?

i hav recieved my training letter and my induction training will start from 23 rd july the reporting is before 9.30 am so if iwill be late by 1 to 2 hours will this matter.
