Bhailog suno Mene RTI dali thi bsnl me. Call pe reply aaya I asked : 1. WL training start hone k bad aaegi ya dv k bad? ? Reply - dv k bad sb circle details dete h about vacant seats ka tb WL aaegi. Training k bad isiliye ni de skte kyuki kuch log application dal k training extend kra lete and we can't just reject their candidature. And JTO me kbhi WL ka concept nhi rha, even TTA me b isi bar aayi h. To higher authorities will decide ki WL aaegi ya nhi. But jaha tk hmari knowledge h WL aaegi. Aur category wise hi WL aaegi. Usme jis category m seat vacant h usi m agle bnde ko seat milti h. Kisi aur category me shift nhi kra jata. 2. I filled gujrat circle so asked ki how many vacant seats left in gujrat? Reply- we don't know coz abhi gujrat se details nhi aayi h. 3. Any tentative date of 2nd list ? Reply- we don't know. Coz abhi kuch circles ka dv chl rha hai. Uske bad hi kuch hoga.

My score is 367. Pwd (OC) category. Gujrat circle. Cutoff 401. I have found 368,369,379,395 pwd already selected in other circles. In gujarat 1st list 3 top pwd OC have DOB 8/1995, 9/1995 and 2/1996. Will they b fresher ? Do I have some chances ?
Will BSNL return Original Caste certificate after 4-5 hr on the day of DV ?
