I am working in It company . i am under bond till jan 6 th 2013 . we have company policy of notice period of 60 days . i discussed with HR and i was informed that bond period includes the notice period (60 days ,for which i am ready to serve till feb 6th ) so i resigned on 6th dec 2012 but they are releasing me before bond ends within 25 days .. should i pay the 1 lakh ?
