I have not joined Boston college but Rotman... Rotman is a much better school for Finance... You might wanna look beyond US if you cannot get into the US Top 15 Schools... You must be aware of the H1B problems in the US...

I applied to Boston College for the round 1 of admissions. I submitted my application on 15th Nov. But I have not received any updates on that from Boston College as yet. Are there other ppl who are still waiting to hear from them? Do I have to myself schedule an interview with the admission committee?

There's nothing spectacular with my profile ;-)
But, if you insist, here it goes -
GMAT - 650(49/29/5.0) - embarrassing
TOEFL - 113(30/30/29/24) - Was given a waiver by BC
WE - 7.5 years by the time I enter the classroom including 1.5 years of International experience
Currently, working in a management position with a prominent IT services provider
Schol - No idea yet (The mailer did not mention anything about scholarship)
Career Progression - SOLID including Star Performer award from the CEO, A special one time salary raise with a promotion, Multiple certificate of achievements, Domain certifications from external agencies including technical certifications etc etc
Extra Curr Activities - More than Decent (At Undergraduate level as well as at Organization level).
Again, I am sorry for being late in replying to the 'Profile' part. I didn't know that people were waiting for it so anxiously:smile:
BTW, I am not sure if I would get any Schol. What do you say Bro?

I had my interview on Tuesday. To be very frank, I am not sure about it. I believe, I cud have done better. Well, i will share my interview experience very soon.
