I think for MBA aicte approval is not a mandatory requirement ..

P.S. by looking at the numbers of colleges in the list..aisa lag raha hai 90% colleges bina approval ke chalte hai
P.P.S. ab mein bhi ek mba college kholne ka soch raha hoon.

That list merely contains schools that are operating without AICTE approval for which the reasons can be many. It contains ISB Hyderabad, which is an internationally top-ranked school but finds a mention here because of the government's idiotic policy of not recognizing one-year MBA programs.
This cannot be considered as a black-list of schools. However, you can use this list to counter false claims of b-schools of being approved.
PS: The IIFT mentioned in this list is some other IIFT because the real IIFT is not in Naraina but on Qutb Institutional Area.
