Some of the candidates could not get the EWS in few states . But in notification they mentioned that we have to upload the certificate. Is there any alternative for that?

EWS has not been started yet in few state. How BHEL did it mandatory?
what would be the exam pattern? BHEL didnt mention about the pattern and syllabus of CBT
I have submitted the application and paid the fees. But in the application portal it says payment is pending. Anyone facing this issue?
Will there questions in exam be gate level or simple one liners? Also is it possible to prepare whole Syllabus in 2-3 months?
Guys in many websites,its written that exam contains 240 questions(120-tech+120-non tech) and in people r suggesting it has 100 questions(80+20)
