when you see the images the meaning of the word goes into your mind with images so you can recall the meaning of the word easily.

It work great with me , but let see how it work with others.

I used to learn vacob the tradional way but no good success. But since i started using this system. i can very well remember the words now.

Read the book " The da vinci code " it has more than 400 good word which will come accross.

I used to learn vacob the tradional way but no good success. But since i started using this system. i can very well remember the words now.

It might have worked with u... but with 100 words, u would have like a 1000 images in mind... I suggest the better way to go about is by mnemonics and we have a thread for that.

Again in mnemonics you have to remember a lot , It ia also good if one follow it.

It is my founding the way to learn words having only 1-2 images in mind for a perticular word can master in you in that word.

My advice to word leaner try atleast few hard word which they are unable to recall even after 10 days or so. I am sure with image in your mind you will recall the meaning even after 1 year.

Now search for a images search on google what you see a images of strong man

I tried this method today and i learnt 30 meanings in just 10 minutes. This method is really worth. I would advice all the CAT aspirants to atleast try this method once and see. I have also tried mnemonics. But this method is better then mnemonics as it saves a lot and lot of time. 30 meanings in just 10 minutes.

this method is good for some words which have some pictorial relations.. but some words might give you shocking results.. so put safe search on..

and try to search both words in google images , you will get the real feel fo the word.

try to solve synonym ,antonym exercises....in the process one can pick a good number of words....also read newspapers extensively....scan and underline important words...
i learn words in collocations...i.e,always learn them along with the context ...this will never leave you in the lurch....
Try GRE books..
It has more to do with one's passion for language...so guys inculcate it!
