well, i know lots of people who came to the delhi pg meet wont be surprised.....but the best way for me is to eat a hot chocolate fudge triple sunday from nirulas!!!
or have a long walk with a beautiful girl at the end of which we make out....
although the latter hasn't happened yet, i think it will be a gr8 way to get your mind off the thing thats depressing you....

My opinion is to:
first :not be depressed about depression , it is as inevitable as laughter
second: Enjoy it !!
PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.
so,always think positive. Den u'll not land into any sort of depression only.

My best friend once told me that if nobody listens to you (often even if they do then they can't understand you) then its better to express yourself and your feelings to your companion - nope ... not a human being but a journal ... write down your feelings and your anger or whatever you ahve inside ... at times we simply want to burst out but doing so on others simply worsens a relationship, so we rather shud express ourselves as explicitly as possible in r journal ...
but remeber before doing any of this do find a safe place to hide it
and do let me know as well where you've kept it :wink:

A journal cud turn out to be a collection of memories for later times

I'm confused to what kind of person you are. You feel like making out or eating out in depression.If thats the case, You arent in depression buddy - you are just faking it.
People - i know it sounds strange but TRY BEING AWAKE THE WHOLE NITE BEFORE THE RESULTS . Suppose the results dont go your way....U'd be able to sleep over it.
If they work well for you - Dont worry....the sleep wont come - Energy Would.
Anyways it goes....U'd be able to extract the best out of it.

On a more serious note try talking to someone you trust,who will hear your story out and come up with a word of comfort
Whaenever im feeling tense or depressed I usually go for a drive , or better yet go for a long walk in the beach (Bessie of course ) . Nothing is a relaxing as a quiet walk in the beach at night . Helps me sort out my thoughts and relax.
