I've just finished my +2 (PCMB), and would like to pursue an MBA abroad or in ISB, XLRI and the likes post 3-4 years of work experience after undergraduation.
I am to choose from BBA, BBM and B.Com (Hons) from Christ University Bangalore, Loyola College Chennai, St Joseph's College of Commerce, Bangalore, Loyola College Chennai and Madras Christian College Chennai.
Which of the three mentioned courses will involve accounting the least?
Keeping my interest aside (since I seem equally interested in all 3), which course would be ideal, keeping in mind my MBA ambitions?
Which of these four colleges would be best for the three mentioned courses, respectively?
1) Rigor of the curriculum (moderate preferred), 2) Quality & Methodology of teaching & assesment., 3) Placements and 4) crowd are of equal importance to me.
Oh, and will a BA (Economics) from one of these colleges, be helpful or provide a base for my MBA degree, considering I join a bank/govt. sector job if chances of placement are bleak?
