The Faculty of Management and Humanities comprises Department of Management and Commerce and Department of Humanities & Language. The Faculty has an interdisciplinary, multi disciplinary and trans disciplinary approach with talent in diversified fields of Communication Skills, English language, Business management and Economics, Behavioral Science, Entrepreneurship and Financial Management and Accounting. The curriculum and pedagogy is industry driven and differentiated through collaborative programs with International and National institutions and professional associations. The focus is on management practice and experiential learning so that students graduate with requisite knowledge and skills required in a globalized, dynamic and competitive environment. 

Students learn core management concepts and techniques in the first year followed by advanced knowledge and practicing skills in the area of specialization opted for in the second and third year. 

Faculty has blend of academic and industry experience with expertise in research, consulting and teaching. The faculty also offers doctoral programme and has the state-of-art infrastructure.

The Department of Management & Commerce aims to inculcate and practice the philosophy of learning-by-working. Students learn to apply the conceptual knowledge gained in the program through practice and application in real world situations to identify, evaluate and resolve business management problems and situations.

The Department is graced by faculty of eminence, Prof (Dr) Sanjay Srivastava, Vice Chancellor, Manav Rachna University and MD, Manav Rachna Educational Institutions. He is an eminent academician, researcher, consultant and trainer in the field of Psychology and Organizational Behaviour.

The faculty of the Department is mostly Ph.D qualified with varied and rich experience in academics and Industry.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA- Finance & Accounts) is integrated with CMA Program, USA and endorsed by Institute of Management Accountants, USA.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA- Entrepreneurship & Family Business) in association with National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) and National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), Government of India.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA- Health Care Management) in association with Cygnus Hospitals, India.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA- Operations Management with specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain management and Project Management) is supported by APICS, USA (Association of Supply Chain Management)
