So many ppl r saying bob pgdbf is not good compared to ibps po... Only difference is that for 1st year we have to pay in Bob... And in ibps po we will be paid... But after 5years we will have saving of 3.5l and after more 2yrs another heavy amount will be paid in Bob... I think bob is betr if one don't want to prepare further.. And want to Continue in banking only.... But a person who wants to prepare further then he/she sud opt for rrb( coz u will get ample of tym to prepare) but in ibps po the job profile is so hectic that u will not get tym to prepare...
