I'm going to join another MNC after few days. While resigning in my current company (Tech Mahindra), i told (and submitted on portal) HR and my manager that i's leaving for dissatisfaction with compensation. Now, i'm a little afraid of the background verification in the new company about "Reason for change". Will my HR/ manager (in Tech Mahindra), during background check, tell them my reason for change? And, can it have some impact on my joining in new company?
