AD MAD: The advertising competition for B.tech as well as MBA students will be held on 29 January 2014 in DSM from 9.30 a.m.onwards. Team of 4 members can participate. It will have 2 rounds: Screening (keep thinking marketing) and final round(impromptu).

My friend is persuing B.Com from GLA University and I talked to him yesterday he was so excited for the funky photo contest that was going in GLA. It was a great platform for him to show his talent in photography. He is very passionate about photography and events like this will really boost up his talent. There were 15 prizes for the contest. Events like this in colleges help the students in identifying there talent and improving their skills. The theme for the contest was nature, poverty, laughter and people. These events mainly test the analytical and imaginative skills of the students. This clearly shows that this institution along with focus on education, encourages students to take part in different seminar, workshop and events.

Rules and regulations: Note- The team should not represent the State as such but series of innovation that took place for the betterment of the people in that state.

Management fest of the B.School is the heart of the the course module. The BSchool of GLA University also lists itself in management events. This year the Institute of Business Management is organizing management fest Agrata'14. This year its not only about enjoyment but for a social cause too. A part of the fund raised by the event will be given to weaker sections of the society. The event is scheduled for 19th and 20th April. So many interesting programs are lined up for the event. Students and coordinators are working hard to make the event successful.

S P Jain School of global management came to our college (Xavier's Mumbai) a few days back and they selected one of my batch mates for the advanced student admission program. He got an all expense paid trip to the Singapore campus and also he got a seat in Masters in Global management program. I found this to be a very unique program and hence I decided to share it with you all.
