I saved my form from the website and the date of birth is correct in the downloaded PDF. However, after a few minutes my date of birth has changed. This is not a user editable field and hence the error has to be on the CAT side. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue? I have sent an email with the downloaded PDF (which has correct date). Help!
Even i'm facing the same issue - I had registered with the correct DOB but upon form submission, the DOB has automatically changed. When I'm trying to call the CAT helpdesk #, it is constantly busy. Please help.
