Hi Guys,
I am looking out for information on MBA v/s MIT/MBA dual degree from Australian Universities.
Recently I heard (from one of the GMAT institutes) that Australia is on a look out for IT professionals and therefore MIT/MBA dual degree would be handy in getting one a decent job in Australia. They also told me that if I go for an MBA, I have lesser chances of getting a job as I do not have any managerial experience (I have 4+ yrs of IT experience) and the companies which recruit there, ask mainly for managerial experience.
However, another institute tells me that MIT/MBA dual degree is comparatively new and may leave you nowhere after 2 years and that they would recommend an MBA degree only.
Now I am really confused and looking out for some quick help.
Any kind of help on this would be really appreciated.
You may mail/ping me.
Regards,
Prateek

guys, please reply.... this is really urgent for me ..!!
hi prateek2686,
Actually MIT or MBA is not new but the flavor of MIT/MBA is new and I think for a IT professional with 4+ of work ex... it will in turn be a better option.
Only thing is look into the university ranking and decide. 😃
Thanks for your reply. I am planning for La Trobe and Deaking universities. Do you have any idea about them??
