Welcome to this thread. I've also received an unconditional offer from Aston and will be joining this Sep.

Aston is generally quick in processing applications and shouldn't take more than two weeks!

It has been more than 3 weeks and still i didn't get any reply!

Hi My qualification and work experiences are as follows

1) BE
2) working in IT (4 years 9 months)

Aston generally takes more number of weeks when you apply aafter January as they need to go through huge number of applications.

Just chilll and let us know of your application status. You can also mail them if you need to know the current status of your application.

My Qualification
BTech with 4 years work exp in Quality management

Just now i received a mail from Aston in order to book the accommodation details. But i am wondering how can the university post me to choose accommodation without knowing whether my seat is guaranteed.

I have mailed them to check with the status of my application.
I have applied to Aston through Manya Abroad consultants. Now i m sitting with my fingers crossed!

I have accepted .... the new visa rules is not goin to affect us unless u have insufficient fund which is
tution fee + accomodation + around 1.5 to 2 lakhs (inr) for food . Its not still sure if PSW is going to be abolished in mar 2012 or not but dat is a different issue

As far as I know it is not after you have secured admission into a b school .
