Delhi School of communication is inviting applications for its XXIInd two-year Post Graduate Programme in Communication (PGDPC), specializing in Advertising & Entertainment Mgmt, PR, and Marketing &Digital. The course entails upto 6 months Internships and Apprenticeship in India's top agencies, provided by the institute.
Who can apply:Graduates or those graduating in any stream by July 2016 may apply for the DSC programme. Work experience in communications is preferred, though not mandatory.

The Delhi School of Communication (DSC) invites applications for its XXIIIrd Post Graduate Programme in Communication (PGDPC). This integrated program awards PGDPC (Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Communication) along with the MA JMC (Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication).Founded in 1995, today the Integrated Marketing Communication programme is considered one of the top line communication programmes in India and it is most sought-after amongst Post Graduate students. The DSC programme covers all the relevant subjects such as Advertising, Entertainment Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing and Branding. DSC was started by a group of industry leaders and academicians, who felt a need to better align academics with industry requirements.Industry exposure via internship is an integral part of the programme. Students are entitled to pursue an internship (full day work experience) for up to 4 months and apprenticeship (half day work experience) between 3 to 6 months. During internship/apprenticeship students can also earn attractive stipends alongside valuable work experience. This on-the-job work experience and outstanding mentorship under the faculty with immense industrial experience ensure job placement in leading agencies such as JWT, Edelman, Genesis BM, Perfect Relations, McCann Erikson, Havas Media and Mudra.Graduates or students in the final year of graduation (all streams) are eligible to apply. Application forms may be downloaded and submitted online at www.dsc.edu.in. For admission to DSC, students have to clear either the MAT/CAT examination or DSC’S internal Admission Test. TheDSC admission test is of 1 ½ hrs duration, focuses on basic reasoning, logic and creative writing skills, in addition to basic knowledge of Advertising and Media. Thereafter, a candidate need to take a ½ hr Psychological Test, designed to assess a candidate’s creative writing skills and emotional quotient. This year, both the Internal Exam and Psychological Test are available online. Personal Interview is the third and final step towards obtaining admission to PGDPC.
